Senate Forms
Use this form to allow someone else to vote in your place if you intend on being absent to a meeting. Unless you have a proxy, you will be marked with an unexcused absence, an excess of which may result in your removal from the Senate membership.
This form takes you through the steps of acquiring a new Senate position for your registered student organization (RSO). Any active RSO is welcome to obtain a Senate seat.
This is the basic form that registers you as a new senator. This form is where you provide basic personal information and also choose your committee preferences.
